TMS uses the information you supply and turns that info into a comprehensive tool that can used for a great number of tasks.

• Collect Personal information: Names, Addresses, Alternate Address (disaster preparedness), etc.
• Collect Family information: Rank family members (head of household), etc.
• Assign "abilities", school assignments and privileges held by individuals (which talks, schools, materials a student can or can not be assigned).
• Collect and maintain a database of Field Activity and have the ability to filter and calculate results. View results by individual, Group, Congregation, etc.
• Report and track meeting attendance and graphically see results. ( One month or Multiple months)
• Schedule the Congregation Bible Study. Opening Prayer, Conductor, Reader.
• Schedule the Theocratic Ministry School. Create a worksheet for the TMSO with information pertaining to the students and their counsel points and settings. Create and print "Talk Slips", reminder slips, print to stationary, and/or even "email talk slips".
• Schedule the Service Meeting parts and concluding prayer.
• You will have the ability to print the schedule in a variety of formats; "Acrobat PDF", "MS Excel", and "Plain Text".
• Create a very nice schedule for the Circuit Overseer's visit.
• Create and organize the Memorial of Christ's Death with a schedule designed specifically for that purpose.
• Create Territory maps from .jpg files and define "Do Not Do's" and create Phone territories.
• Schedule creation for the Chairman and WT Reader.
• Schedule creation for the Sound Department brothers.
• Integration of a Public Talk Scheduler.
